Food sources are the most important factors to create the basic characteristics for the traditional dishes of an ethnic group. For the Cham people in Ninh Phuoc district, Ninh Thuan province, too, the source of food and food is not only for food processing and maintenance of life, but it is also cultural, associated with religious life. threshold. In the current period, under the impact of climate change, environmental pollution, and increasingly degraded land, the production of food and food sources of the Cham people here has faced great challenges , threatening food security and food safety. To overcome this situation, it is necessary to come up with some solutions in the production of food sources, food in the direction of green growth, ensuring food security and creating a source of clean and safe food and food. safety, encourage people to green their lifestyle and green their consumption, and improve their quality of life.
