Recently, the complicated situation, violent overthrow in
a number of African countries (formerly French colonies), and the Middle East
situation with contradictions and armed conflicts, have raised concerns about a
world of rapid, unstable and unpredictable changes. Through many years of
research on the African situation, researchers have identified the recent rise,
violence, and overthrow of a number of West African countries as a result of
the "incomplete" return of independence by
old-style colonialism for countries such as Burkina Faso, Mali,
Niger. This is something that Ho Chi Minh and our Party were
very wise about, with a centuries-old vision of the half-heartedness of
colonialism for colonial countries. The tension in the "Middle
East pan of fire" with the too deep intervention of great powers in the world and the big countries in the region has
made many countries unable to escape the vicious circle and deadlock of
conflicts and wars.
Looking back at Vietnam, we see even more confidence in
the Party's skillful leadership and the Government's extremely correct foreign
policy. Thanks to this, Vietnam is now becoming a country with the fastest
growing and sustainable growth model in the world. Vietnam's economic and
political model is something many African and Middle Eastern countries want to
share and learn from.
