5th VASS-ICWA Dialogue in 2024 can be found on the VASS official website.
The VASS-ICWA Dialogue was established
in 2017 following the signing of a Cooperation Agreement between VASS and ICWA
during PM. Narendra Modi's visit to Vietnam in September 2016. This is an
annual exchange event between VASS and ICWA to improve understanding and share
perspectives among scholars from both sides on global and regional concerns,
each country's development issues, and bilateral cooperation for peace,
stability, and common prosperity.
The 5th Dialogue was divided into four
discussion sessions, with eight reports presented by scholars from Vietnam and
India.
