Some Priority Solutions for Tourism Development for Ninh Binh toward 2030

Abstarct:
In order to analyze the current situation and propose some
prioritized solutions for tourism development in Ninh Binh province from now to
2030, the authors used the SWOT analysis method combined with sociological
survey in this study. The results of this research have
identified the importance as well as potential and advantages in tourism
development, orientation to 2030; In the period of 2009-2019, the tourism of
Ninh Binh province maintains a good growth rate, the average number of
touristors increased by 13.1% annually, and tourism revenue increased by 30.7%.
Tourism development has made significant contributions to the GRDP structure of
the whole province, initially creating a shift in the local economic structure
in the direction of increasing the proportion of the service sector and
promoting many industries and fields of development. At the same time, the
research results show that Ninh Binh province has all the resources and advantages
for the tourism industry to develop. In the early stage of separating the province
(1992) Ninh Binh is a backward agricultural province, after 30
years, especially after 2016 up to now, the proportion of tourism structure has
always been promoted, with stable growth, making an important contribution to
the economic restructuring in accordance with positive approaches. The study
proposes 5 priority solutions to promote tourism development in Ninh Binh
province toward 2030.
