In the context of
globalization and international economic integration, many countries and
businesses are increasingly interested in the Halal market. Because it has
great potential with the forecasted population up to 2.2 billion people by
2030, the forecasted value of the Halal market will be 15.000 billion USD by
2050, but still "forgotten" in Vietnam. This event is not only to
improve the knowledge of Vietnamese people about the humanity value of the
Muslims and also for
people who wish to share and help the poor and the disadvantages, but also makes Vietnamese people
better understand the tastes and trend of consumption of the Muslims,
especially during the month of Ramadan when the quantity consumed food is often
double than the normal months, to promote Vietnam's agro-products and food which are favored by the Muslim
consumers
