Recently, The delegations of the Libyan High Council of State and the House of Representatives participating in the second round of the inter-Libyan dialogue in Bouznika and achieving the result of comprehensive agreements on the criteria and mechanisms for filling sovereignty positions, provided for in Article 15 of the Libyan Political Agreement concluded in December 2015 in Skhirat.
In this occasion, The Director General of IAMES, Prof. Dr. Le Phuoc Minh, expresses his hail the continuous praiseworthy efforts and assistance granted by the Kingdom of Morocco to overcome the Libyan crisis and achieve a political solution safeguarding the unity, the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Libya.
Prof.Dr. Le Phuoc Minh also conveys his congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates for succeeding in bringing back the Libyan parties to the negotiation table allowing them thus to engage in a constructive dialogue and achieve a comprehensive agreement on core issues.
